What are the site access hours?
Existing customers have round-the-clock, 24/7 access to their storage units.
What security do you have on site?

We take great care to ensure comprehensive and reliable security around the clock. Our sites are securely locked outside of regular operating hours and can only be accessed using the access control system during those times. Additionally, we have CCTV cameras installed throughout the site to enhance security
measures.

What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum storage period is one month. If you decide to return the storage unit, we kindly ask for a 14-day notice period. There is no maximum rental period, providing you the flexibility to keep the unit for as long as you require.
Do you have racking available?

We offer additional racking shelving options for your container at an extra cost. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

Do you offer packaging supplies?

We have boxes, tape, and bubble wrap available for purchase on site. If you require additional supplies, please let us know, as we may be able to make arrangements for you..

Do you offer dampsticks?

We have damp sticks available for purchase on site. We recommend a minimum of four damp sticks per 20ft unit. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

How do I make payments?

We require payment for each unit to be made monthly in advance via debit/credit card, bank transfer, standing order or cash.

What documents are required?

To rent a storage unit, we only need a valid proof of identification, such as a passport or driver’s license. Additionally, you will be asked to complete a rental agreement form, which will also require your ID.
